SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Tromvia. We take great care in delivering our furniture to your home safely and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping process for orders within the United States.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

2. Transit Times & Delivery Estimates

Once your furniture has been handed over to our shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight), the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 business days from the moment you place your order.

Please note: Large or oversized items shipped via LTL Freight may require a delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer straightforward shipping rates for the contiguous United States:

  • Orders over $500: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $500: Flat rate shipping of $49.00.

4. Shipping Regions

At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of our furniture products.

5. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Issues

Furniture is fragile. Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to hello@tromvia.co within 48 hours, and we will process a replacement or refund immediately.
