Refund policy
At Tromvia, we strive to provide high-quality furniture and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:
1. Return Window
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
2. Returns for Non-Defective Products (Customer Remorse)
If you changed your mind or the item does not fit your decor, you may return it provided that:

Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging.
3. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tromvia.co with photos of the damage.

Tromvia will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or arrange for a carrier pickup at no cost to you.

You will receive a 100% refund or a free replacement.
4. Product Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, size, or model:

The original item must be in new, unassembled condition.

Please contact us to initiate the exchange. You will be responsible for any price differences and return shipping costs for the original item.
5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@tromvia.co with your Order Number.

Specify if you are requesting a Return or an Exchange.

Once approved, we will send you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return address for our US warehouse.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected at our facility.
